By accessing this Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using any services provided by Stars & Stripes Peptides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Stars & Stripes Peptides reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, or institutional affiliation at any time and to refuse service to any individual or entity that fails to provide satisfactory verification.

3. Research Use Only — Restricted Use Policy

All products sold on this Site are intended strictly and exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. By purchasing any product, you expressly represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, educator, or authorized representative of a licensed research institution, academic laboratory, or lawfully operating private research facility.
• All products will be used exclusively for lawful, non-clinical research purposes in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional guidelines.
• Products will not be used for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals.
• Products will not be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or any clinical purpose whatsoever.
• Products will not be resold, redistributed, rebranded, or transferred to any party for purposes inconsistent with these Terms.
• You assume full and sole responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased.

Any violation of this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders placed through this Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that we reasonably believe may be intended for non-research use.

Prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing errors, if any, are not binding. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All charges are final upon processing unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and methods are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Stars & Stripes Peptides is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or damage caused by the carrier or events beyond our reasonable control.

Certain products may require temperature-controlled shipping. Additional charges may apply. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to ensure that appropriate receiving conditions exist at the delivery address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict requirements for product integrity, all sales are final on opened products. Unopened products in their original, tamper-evident packaging may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less original and return shipping costs.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description will be replaced at no charge, provided that you notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic documentation.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, data compilations, and software — is the property of Stars & Stripes Peptides or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Site content is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Stars & Stripes Peptides does not warrant that (a) products will meet your specific research requirements; (b) the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or (c) the results obtained from the use of any product will be accurate or reliable.

Certificates of analysis (COA) represent batch-specific testing results at the time of analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. Stars & Stripes Peptides does not guarantee that products will perform identically in all experimental conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STARS & STRIPES PEPTIDES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM WITHIN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Research Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and EOS Peptides with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
